Pros: The location and the room is nice. Big room with big balcony.

Cons: Literally no staff. Nobody’s helping you even if something happens. They don’t respond. You only chat with them when u enter and when they remind you to leave early.

Very recommendable, would stay again

Pros: The entire place is exceptionally clean thanks to the no-shoes policy. The floor is wooden parquet and nice on the feet. No cold stone tiles like everywhere else in Thailand. My room was facing the courtyard (which had a tennis court) and was very quiet. No noise at all besides every now and then some people playing tennis. It didn't feel annoying in the least. The location is great too. Sukhumvit Rd is reachable by walking. The common living room has free water. There are some bad reviews that I honestly cannot comprehend at all. Perhaps this place was very different in the past, but I can assure it is a completely fine place as of July 2025. Kanin, the manager/owner has many great tips and speaks English very well. I presume it's his native language.

Cons: It would be great to have a clothes rail to dry the towel. Had to use the backrest of the chair in my room.

Pros: This is just the perfect place to feel at home. Stayed 3 months in Thailand and this spot was my first and last place, will surely go back next time. The room was massive, with a nice office space and fast WIFI (if you need to work), big balcony, air purifier and whatnot, the house is also very close to BTS (15 min walk or 2 min motorcycle, right in the Sukhumvit). Cheers to Kanin too, very nice dude, he gave me some helpful tips about the country, specially southern Thailand!

Pros: Great value and great manager. Warm and friendly. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Was also nice and quiet at night, though the mornings were another matter, as mentioned below.

Cons: The only thing that was a problem (and obviously this isn't really their fault) was that our room was right next to a tennis court (belonging to other premises), so two mornings in a row, on days when we really needed rest and wanted to wake up as late as possible, we were woken by people playing tennis quite early. (It might be totally different if you have a room on the opposite side of the building.)

Very good location and value for money

Pros: Great location and quiet soi. Comfortable. Very fast wifi. Lots of restaurants and cafes nearby.

Cons: Bathroom is a bit old.

Nice apartment when you wanna stay a bit outside of the town

Pros: The host from the house is very friendly and wants to try that you’re feeling comfortable!

Cons: When you’re on the balkony it’s very dark because it’s between houses.

I had a wonderful stay and the owner were very accommodating and friendly.

Pros: The location was great, no meals although there was a microwave all guest could use and I also appreciate the fridge in my room.

Cons: I would appreciate a base but bed very comfortable.

Pros: You pay a great price for a simple , clean, handy apartment in a TOP area of Bangkok. You’re right by so many things and bts line. Super safe, no hookers in this area... This place is so ideal for solo travelers especially. You can’t get any better than that. The owner is so kind, helpful and polite too!

Cons: It was all perfect. Ignore the other bad references those are people with mental problems, dodgy travelers, or broke hippies trying to get a reduced stay. The place does the job for budget travelers and this apartment comes with free water/tea/coffee/office space! The shared bathroom is great it’s only for two rooms.
