Excellent room with a view

Pros: The amenities provided were beyond what is offered by similarly priced rooms and the views are very nice.

Cons: Only one issue. The sofa was damaged so it wasn't possible to sit on one side

Wonderful comfortable stay with very friendly helpful staff.

Pros: Very quick elevators Amazing views of BKK- we were on 29th floor so didn’t feel like we needed to go to an observation building to see BKK. Rooms very comfortable especially with two air conditioning. Kitchen excellent Bath available Streaming services Roof top pool was great Restaurant had beautiful food! Can keep bags before/after check in/out Great staff

Pros: Really great location, and the staff were lovely. The room was great too, would stay again!

Cons: The only issue we found was the hallways and room smelt like sewers and mildew a lot of the time we were there (we were on the 29th floor). Since we weren’t in the room much it wasn’t too bad, but it definitely wasn’t pleasant.

Pros: Neat clean, peaceful location, staff was excellent. Central location to the Skytrain, shopping mall, food court, and entertainment options.

Kudos for a great stay

Pros: We loved e everything...from the friendly and accommodating staff to its proximity to the places we wanted to and had visited.

Cons: Nothing to fault.

Pros: Just a 5 minute walk to bts ekkamai station. The room was absolutely clean and fancy, just as shown in the pictures. The staff was very friendly.

5 star stay

Pros: Everything was amazing. The room was spacious and comfortable with great air con and the bed super comfy, the view was great, the service was top notch, and it had a great pool with view. Excellent location with everything you could possibly need pretty much at your doorstep. Great value for money for the level of quality you are getting. I will definitely be coming back here again

Cons: Both gyms are way too small with very little equipment and one machine was broken the whole time I was there. I also thought the pillows were too soft and didnt have much support

Pros: Fantastic location. Comfortable beds. Lovely shower and having a washing machine and a balcony to dry clothes on was a bonus.

Cons: We stayed three times over the last fortnight. The second time the bed was so large there was no space either side for a bedside table which was annoying.

A comfortable stay in a great location, with luggage storage facilities

Pros: Large council bed, plenty of clean towels every day, a proper kettle, able to store luggage until we came back a few days later

Cons: The second time we stayed, we were offered an upgrade as our double room wasn’t ready. We didn’t like the look of the upgrade room as it had a mezzanine with a double bed up there. So we waited until another room was cleaned. This was 5 pm and we were told checking in was going to be 4 pm. The new room we were putting in had a bed that was so big in the bedroom it was pushed up against the wall with no bedside table. Very little floor space. We had to make a bedside table out of a big cardboard box. The lamp next to my side of the bed was way too big and only just fitted there.

Pros: Lovely staff. 24 hour check in. Near shops&restaurants. Lovely pool & garden on floor 7. Luggage storage

Cons: Hard to find where to plug the kettle on. Short lead no low sockets. Then on day 3 we opened the kitchen flap down table on the wall & it was in there. This needs publicising
