Pros: A clean and well equipped apartment with all amenities included. A spacious bathroom with a smart toilet. Two double beds that can be separated with a curtain. Comfortable sofa and a smart tv projector. Great view from the windows with all the greenery from the neighbouring house. Lovely terrace on the last floor to enjoy the morning coffee. The surroundings are great - the Phraarthit pier is just opposite the place as well as the nearest 7/11. Khao San is 100 m away just distant enough to hear nothing from the night life. The staff is great. Wellcoming and helpful. The coffee shop downstairs provides the best coffee in BKK. Will definitely come back again!

Cons: The stairs are a bit challenging with two big suitcases but nothing to worry about too much.

Great place to enjoy the Bangkok scene

Pros: Great location for national museum , boat trips and also a great street just behind the building which has wonderful bars, restaurants and market stalls

Cons: Definitely need good legs and lungs to get up the stairs.

Fantastic apartment in central location

Pros: Fantastic location. Right across the Pra Arthit river boat station for quick access to other parts of the city. The apartments are on the 4th and 5th floor of a building that also hosts a small and quiet co-working space, a coffee shop and an ice cream shop.

Really good option if you are staying in this area.

Pros: Unique property (you have a whole floor apartment) with a nice layout. Nice location. Delicious ice cream restaurant on the first floor and they provide daily drink coupons for the coffee shop on the second floor.

Cons: Could use a few touch ups, parrots outside were loud.

Eine Oase der Ruhe im Trubel Bangkoks

Pros: Sehr komfortable Wohnung ganz oben im Haus. Schöne Aussicht. Durch die verglaste Front ist eine freie Sicht gegeben. Die Betten sind extrem angenehm.

Cons: Etwas mehr Küchenausstattung: Tassen und Gläser, eine Kanne zum Tee bereiten wäre schön.

Erwartungen übertroffen :)

Pros: Es war super ausgestattet. Die Besitzer waren mega freundlich und haben uns noch vor dem Check in mit dem Gepäck geholfen.

Cons: Das einzige was störend war, waren die Papageien vom Nachbarn. Allerdings kann da natürlich die Unterkunft nichts für. Wenn man jedoch auf Prinzessinnen Schlaf besteht ist das jetzt nicht das richtige.

Perfect.

Pros: Everything was perfect! Just as pictures show, very spacious and comfortable. Everything was clean and modern. Host was very kind, asking if I need anything and gave a gift for the new year! great location, easy to find and to get to. You can type in “coconut culture” into any maps to get back to the apartment. Easy self check in instructions, was able to check in at 2AM no problem! Will definitely be coming back and recommending 😊
