Great cost benefit
Pros: The location is great, it's very close to everything and the main streets, there are great restaurants around and it's worth the price for you to save and be close to everything.
Cons: I believe that the fact that there is no window in the room gets in the way a little, not that it is a huge problem because there is air conditioning in the room, and the entrance is not very clear because there is no sign informing where it is.

Pros: The location , the price, and how fast and responsive the staff especially Terry was
Cons: To be fair after we reported the problem for the first time we never reported again so they couldn't have known, but one of our two rooms didn't have hot water on the first night, and second day had hot water, but for the rest of the days there was no hot water. Again, we didn't bother to tell the staff because Bangkok was very hot when we visited and we didn't mind showering in the cold when we were full of sweat at the end of the day. The other thing is again not their fault as you can check their location before you book since their location is very convenient also has a lot of restaurants and bars around so could be loud into very late night like 2 AM before everything quite down, just a warning to other light sleeper to bring earplugs!

Cheap & clean, ideal to get over jetlag
Pros: Basic room with comfortable beds, powerful ac & a hot or cold shower. Great location down a quieter ally close to noisy Khao San road. Apparently there's a pool you can use just a few buildings down the road but it was unfortunately having a deep clean during our 2 night stay. Great price for the location & it felt safe.
Cons: There is a very slow and noisy lift that people use to go one floor even in the early hours of the morning when they come back from partying. Occasional noise at all hours from people coming back at night drunkenly singing so not the best option for a family. Our room was right by the lift. Also no windows to the outside but a brick wall in the shower area to someone else's room so you get light through this into your room at night as there's no door on the shower.
