The best place you can find in Bangkok

Pros: I loved absolutely everything about this place: - The staff were amazing: kind, welcoming, and always available. - The room was spacious and very clean. - The rooftop pool is fantastic and very intimate, with a beautiful bar. - The shared kitchen was spotless and extremely useful. You can access cold and hot water at any time, make coffee, and use all the utensils and the refrigerator. - The accommodation is not right in the city center (which I actually appreciated), but it’s very well connected: both the MRT and BTS stations are just a few hundred meters away. The staff also allowed us to store one of our suitcases free of charge for 10 days and pick it up at the end of our trip. This really shows how attentive they are to their guests’ needs and that they genuinely care, rather than trying to make extra money from tourists. They do everything with heart, this is truly the best accommodation you can find in Bangkok.

Pros: The rooftop pool and bar were fantastic. Also the access to washing machines and a tumble dryer made life easy. The Craftman next door was excellent for breakfast

Cons: Hard bed and sometimes quite noisy at night with loud guests and banging doors This is a functional hotel but it worked for us

Hidden gem dont miss the view

Pros: Excellent Location, roof top pool view and kitchen. Large rooms. Value for money

Good budget stay

Pros: Good experience overall, nothing to complain about. The location is a bit far from the city centre, but it’s a good thing at the same time. Across the street there are all kinds of facilities you need so it wasn’t really a problem.

Pros: Had a great stay at Capitel Rama 4, especially due to the staff who were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The bed was comfy, the room spacious and very clean and had everything I needed. The location is a bit outside the centre in a side alley which made it really quiet (except for some other hotel guests who seemed to feel the need to be very noisy in the middle of the night when coming home...). It is only a short walk to Sukhumvit with all its shopping malls though and there are shops, restaurants and food stalls aplenty in the vicinity. The rooftop bar made excellent cocktails and is a great place to relax at in the evening looking out onto the city. Will definitely come back!
