Pros: Very good hotel. Staff was super nice and location was excelent. They even let us store our suitcase for couple days until we return back and we stayed there again.

Pros: Everything was perfect. They clean the rooms every day. Price is reasonable.

Cons: On our second visit we didn’t get a room with window. Also the elevator is very slow

A good stay

Pros: Lovely staff, the best shower I've had in Thailand and a nice location

Cons: There is a poor seal on the door that lets a lot of light in and unfortunately a lot of noise from the other guests coming and going. The hotel also has one of those annoying power systems that requires your keycard stay in the door so I wasn't able to charge my power bank while I was out

Great Stay for Long Visits – Highly Recommended!

Pros: I recently stayed at Arawana Express for six nights, and it was another excellent experience. The hotel is in a great location, tucked in a quiet neighborhood with a Lawson and a coffee shop right next door—super convenient! Check-in was smooth, and my room was ready upon arrival. The room itself was spacious, modern, and well-equipped with high-tech amenities. It had a dedicated workstation, a locker, a fridge, and even an oven. The powerful AC and large windows provided ample sunlight, making the space comfortable and airy. Housekeeping ensured the room was cleaned daily, and the staff was consistently kind and helpful. This was my second time staying here, and I highly recommend it, especially for long stays. I’ll definitely be back again!
