Overall good, enjoyed the relaxation quiet comfortable room.

Pros: Good Food Evening and Breakfast Pool / Billiards Suite very nice

Cons: Pool area renovation and associated dust in gym Bathroom extract fan faulty operation

It was a beyond average experience for a moderate price.

Pros: The place was nice. Not very far from BTS Ekammai and other nice places to go to. The first-floor lobby kinda looked cramped with only 2 dining tables. The place has no swimming pool, despite the pictures showing it has swimming pool. The receptionist told me that it has been on an ongoing renovation for two years. It was a bit upsetting. They game a room on the 4th floor which pretty much have almost everything you need. A kitchen with hotplate, fridge, pot and MC oven. both the living room and the bedroom have their own tv. Toilet has shower, bathtub and hair dryer. The staff are really friendly and very easy to talk to. They also offer free transportation to 7-11 and BTS station. The Indian food in their restaurant was actually quite alright. I really enjoyed my butter chicken and garlic naan. Will I stay again? I probably would if I get cheaper price and more comfortable bed

Cons: -Pillow were too soft your head just sinks down. Almost felt like not having a pillow at all. -Bed mattress was not soft -Bedroom air conditioner doesn't get cold enough. -Toilet bowl didn't look very clean. -I couldn't appreciate the view from my balcony

GOOD PLACE TO STAY...

Pros: It was a good assintent from the reservations department, they contacted me to confirm my payment and aso yo let me know about the checking and check out hours and to let me know they are available 24 hours for any extra info that I will need...

Cons: there's nothing wrong. I liked how genuine is the staff. maybe they could give an extra assistance to provide you transportation from the airport to the hotel... I mean, send you a list of options or provide that.

Good stay

Pros: Restaurant Thai chef is really very cooperative and Gopi from Indian chef did Paratha and upma very nice Roshini and her friend are really very Polite and good service. I would like to tell about Roshini from Restaurant is Extremely knowledgeable and good in service . First, thank you to Bon from front Desk Manager for the warm welcome! He was very kind and attentive, making the experience Perfect. He has upgraded for a complimentary Breakfast which was also very good. Bank from front desk is also very good and Polite Overall, Ramada didn’t disappoint me, as always . Once again I want to say thanks for Roshini

Good value and free shuttle to BST.

Pros: Large room, airconditioning very good. Staff super helpful .Breakfast excellent.The Lift to rooms very quick and efficient. Nice open area to sit out.Cafe and restaurant open till late. Free shuttle to BST and shops. New Modern bathroom

Cons: Dark ,out of date furnishings (dark brown) in rooms .Lighting rather dim.

Pros: Really quiet great place to un plug and recharge ., the place is close to everything but far enuf away also ., an the food is incredible enjoyed my peace here thanks for having me

Could be better..Overall a satisfying stay

Pros: The huge bed and breakfast were the highlight of our stay here

Cons: The cleanliness of the bathroom and the kitchen could be better. The sink was filthy and the bathroom floor was slippery

Pros: The pool was sensational. We had it to ourselves. Of a night it looked spectacular. Nice temperature too.

Cons: The bed and pillow was quite hard.

Comfy Great stay

Pros: I honestly like this hotel, the rooms are spacious and the location is like in the Heart of Bangkok. The property manager is an amazing soul & he extends his arms to make the stay memorable and comfortable.

Cons: Nothing as such is bad to complain

Wonderful staff and great location.

Pros: the staff was wonderful and very helpful. Everyone from check-in/out staff, restaurant (dinner & breakfast) staff and even the tuk tuk driver was accommodating and eager to help you with your queries.
