High Floor Luxury Studio with Great Views

Pros: The facilities were phenomenal! Multiple elegantly appointed co–working spaces, a rooftop lounge with TV and cable, including US language channels. Vending machines throughout. Optional ping-pong and basketball courts. Two beautiful rooftop pools and a fantastic set of gyms with the state of the art equipment. However, the apartment itself was badly cleaned. The bed covering had coffee stains as did the living room, carpet and sofa. I stayed several weeks and had to insist on getting a change of linens. There was no sponge, cleaning agents and only one water glass. Not ideal for a longer term lease, but I'm not going to buy all this for under a month. The area was remote and quite ugly. Luckily a very good mall nearby with free service from the building every hour in the mornings. I went for work and worked a lot. But what a great environment! I will miss the pool.

Cons: The apartment itself was badly cleaned with deep coffee stains, and crusty dirty Bathmat. I have loads of pictures, but can only 4; in fairness I posted good and the bad). The apartment had heavy dust and fingerprint marks throughout. The apt was cute but view was miserable and the location quite remote. Finally, you couldn't use the TV. The Netflix was being used by someone else.
