Pros: Big spacious rooms and very clean. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant is very good and when staying you get a 10% discount. Location is good too, with bars and restaurants and shops close by. It's also close to transport links.

Perfect Oasis in Bangkok!

Pros: One of the best accommodations I’ve stayed in Thailand so far and I’ve been to TH many times. Interesting concept with CC (Cabbages & Condoms) and the cause they are championing. The twin room I got was absolutely perfect. Big space, the entrance to the room is sparkling clean like a 4 star hotel with balcony (Don't let the front gate outlook fool you). The receptionist is very accommodating and as I had to extend my stay, they tried their best to find a room for me which I really appreciate. The restaurant also serves good food and you’ll get 10% discount. For the hot water shower, the trick is to run the water for a few minutes to let the boiler/heater do the job, sometimes it does take up to more than 5 mins but so far I had no problems like mentioned in other comments. Will definitely come back for another stay since it's also close to BTS station (3-5min walk).

Cons: Suggestion: The reception only opens at 10am. As we have to check out at 4am for our flight there was no designated place to drop our keys. Might worth thinking about this to ease checkout. There are limited choices for breakfast but with the freshly brewed coffee you get, I won't complain at all and it's good.

Pros: The room is clean, the bed is comfortable, the environment is quiet, and the staff is friendly. It’s worth the money.

Cons: However, the housekeeper always forgets to provide tea bags, coffees, and to replace dirty cups if you stay for more than one night. Moreover, if you ask them about it, they will wake you up in the morning to give you the missing tea bags that were not placed on the table when they cleaned the room. Your sleeping hours will be interrupted for dealing with this kind of tiny thing.
