Overall a little hidden gem

Pros: Good clean space with thought and care taken with interior design. Host was contactable if slightly over keen about the rules (none if which i broke during my stay). This will soon become highly rated due to location, price and comfort. Definitely worth the money and believing in a newer listing.

Cons: Instructions to access a little unclear but I will.admit not having a thai sim and relying on WiFi made this more tricky.
