Palette Hi Hotel Bangkok

Pros: The location is good nearby everything. The staff are all helpful and nice. The room is spacious and also comes with a balcony with a nice view. Considering its price its a total gem.

Cons: the room is not that soundproof so I get to hear everyone thats been making noises outside while walking, chatting or running.

Pros: The staff was really helpful with accommodating our needs specially the guy at the reception. He was really nice and can speak english well.

Cons: The bathroom area has a leak in the toilet and i don't think 1 rug is enough since it becomes really dirty when we accidentally stepped on the water and it will leave a mark on the floor.

Super affordable stay and comfortable

Pros: It was majoritively clean, well presented and the rooms were nice. We had a small balcony with a good view, as we were upgraded for free upon arrival. We were able to store our bags both when we arrived and when we were due to leave. Short walk to the nearest station

Cons: The drains smelt a bit in the shower but otherwise nice. Difficult to find, booking.com address takes you somewhere else but when looking on maps it is actually Hi-Residence (which shows as having a pool on Google but the receptionist said it was closed)

Pros: Staff were very helpful and the room was great. Nice place to stay.

Cons: The wifi was not strong

Pros: Best hotel to stay near Airport! Great service,hygiene and friendly staff. A great stay! The taxi services provided by the hotel are also very safe and have great service.

Pros: the price for the room size and comfort was very good.. almost half price from what i used to pay for. benefits: view,balcony , quiet area . The staff are friendly. always smile and react to your request. nice big building. high floor. room style was modern. big shower and towlite . hard mattress but comftable. i booked a room with a low price because of new management and promotion. they updated the price up. and mad the deal less attractive.

Cons: location: not easy to go to the center locations. but across the busy street bridge in front of the hotel, you can walk not so far and find life :), like 7/11, food and other services. if you walk in other. direction you can find metro and malls but 1.2 km walking. clean: they don't clean every day. unless you ask them. but if they clean, they do it very well. if you used to get your room made up every day, it's not the same there. you have to ask for it. and put the sign on the door. payment: this hotel did not accept credit card. only cash. maybe it will be changed but while i was there, that was their policy.

AWESOME AND FRIENDLIEST STAFFS

Pros: it was super clean and sleek. the staffs are so helpful snd friendly. Super recommended.

Cons: they dint have an iron in the room (yet, because they just reopened) so please make sure u iron your clothes first.

Sympathique pour deux nuits

Pros: La chambre était grande et lumineuse. Cette dernière était au dernier étage donc aucun bruit extérieur.

Cons: Une partie de la clientèle de l’hôtel semblait consommer du cannabis, cela sentait dans les couloirs, ascenseurs et à l’extérieur de l’hôtel. Il y avait un balcon dans notre chambre mais nous ne pouvions pas y accéder, dommage. Puis, de nombreuses petits fourmis étaient présente sur la tablette en bois de la chambre. Et l’emplacement n’était pas optimal, rien aux alentours.

Pros: ที่พักสะอาด ห้องสวยบรรยากาศดีมาก มีเครื่องทำน้ำอุ่นและไดฟ์เป่าผม สะดวกสะอาด ห้องกว้าง ประทับใจมากๆ ที่พักส่วนใหญ่เห็นชาวต่างชาติเยอะค่ะ

Cons: พนักงานที่เค้าเตอร์พูดจาไพเราะ บริการดี พูดดีมากๆๆ

Totalmente recomendable, ahora que viajan mis amigos les diré que lleguen a ese lugar
