Outstanding stay

Pros: Everything. The buffet breakfast, the rooms, the lobby, the pool, the staff. But probably most of all.... The bed.

Cons: There was some strange tapping noise upstairs at random times. Dinner at the restaurant did not seem to be of good value in my option.

Good. Would use again.

Pros: Accessible location… it’s clean and comfortable and generally easy to live with I thought. Good price for a good if not outstanding hotel.

Cons: It’s pretty goood. The main restaurant isn’t great but there is a better one on the next floor

Had the best time

Pros: Everything, staff are lovely and ever so helpful. My partner and I had the best time. Most comfortable bed we have ever slept on, it’s so clean, modern and sufficient. They have everything you will need during your stay. Great gym, spa and pool. Most importantly, perfect location and best staff.

Cons: There is nothing to dislike in my opinion. Had a pleasant stay.

Pros: The hotel did a good job to fulfill my request for a single large bed. Breakfast was great, bed is really comfortable! Location is good for business travel, close to MRT and 2 malls to fulfill simple meals after a day of working.

Cons: The breakfast could be better. A visit to Thailand isn't complete without good food. Intercontinental breakfast but local flavors were minimal, noodles with soup, some stir fried dishes, boiled rice and that's about it. Inclusion of local street food like moo ping, sticky rice, crispy pork, etc would be a simple inclusion that truly shows the variety of Thai food.

Perfect location, great hotel.

Pros: Amazing property, great view from top floor, super comfy bed, great breakfast and stuff is extremely helpful. Hotel is in great location just by the tube station.

Cons: If I would have to complain about something ( and this is me being picky) is the shower door that opens in tricky way into the bathroom space. And When opening you need to move the towel out of the way and then move it again to step on it.

We stayed her twice over a 2 week period. All staff very helpful and accommodating.

Pros: The facilities are excellent receptionist Mia very helpful, patient and accommodating Mia took time to fully answer my questions regarding the checking out process.

Fantastic place to stay, that is why I keep coming back

Pros: I have been here a few times and the convenience of catching a train is out the front door and the central shopping centre on other side of street, great location for us.

Cons: Nothing really on the car park is low on my roof of the car which is a Ford Everest, I know it not hit Barry still worry

Pros: The staff and the help and direction were fantastic and the breakfast we had was fantastic and the choices were many.

Pros: Helpful of stuff and offering us a free wheelchair

Worth Going Back

Pros: Superb location, access to Shopping Centre, Metro, Bus Lines, 40 minutes to Suvarnabhumi Airport. Excellent facilities. Very efficient and helpful staff.

Cons: Would have liked one more chair in the room, and a larger coffee table. Air-conditioning had to be adjusted frequently.
