Pros: Friendly staff, very good location, only walking distance to EVERYTHING, worthy of price, affordable and accessible to market.

great hotel for budget and short trip

Pros: very strategic location to explore pratunam area and viral places. near to bts station ratchpraprop, phya thai, ratchathewi. for muslim, there’s a plenty muslim restaurant for us. every places i went that viral on the tiktok are 5-10mins walking distances. the owner offered airport transfer due to my group were late for airport check in. aircond was cold

A comfy and value-for-money stay.

Pros: Think of the hotel as a hostel kind of accommodation and everything's good~ Great location as the pratunam market is just outside, helpful and friendly staff, especially the receptionist, the room is at a very very affordable price, so, it's a great value for money! The water heater, refrigerator, and hair dryer are functioning well too. They even have a weighing machine at the lobby and on our floor! The receptionists were very helpful too! They helped to open the door and carry our bags to the car when we were leaving. No problem with English communication 👍🏻 The soundproofing from the market isn't as bad as expected. We can still hear a bit of noise from the market, especially the carts, but it's not loud and doesn't really affect us. The flush was working well too👍🏻 Overall, it's a good stay, given the price as we just need a place to sleep and put our things. 🤣

Cons: There were some tiny ants along the walls, so we tried not to eat or drink any sugary drinks in the room. But fortunately they didn't go into our unfinished bread in the plastic bag. The drainage is slow, so when we shower, our feet are soaked in the puddle. But it's understandable as the building is a little dated. The shower head can't be fixated at the angle we wanted, so we had to hold it the entire time. One of our rooms' air conditioners wasn't cool, so we requested to change to another room. The hotel should probably get it fixed soon. (They were kind to give us the big fan from the lobby🤣

Pros: The staffs are very friendly and helpful. I like the location, the its near the shopping and food area. Will again return to this hotel when i come back to bangkok.

A good place to stay

Pros: It is a good location near the Ratchaprarop station ARL and within walking distance to Pratunam market, no noise during the night even though there is a market outside and an elevator is also provided

Cons: There is a bad smell in the bathroom and the receptionist is not friendly

Trustworthy and Helpful

Pros: Staff attended to requests sincerely. The facilities are good, with a TV, fridge, hair dryer, elevator, and even a kettle. The cleaning lady provides a daily supply of drinking water. A trustworthy hotel to book, I prefer/recommand this hotel much better than the Local Thai owned hotel for sure! (Be careful of the Thai scam) they allowed us to store luggage after check out, thank you guys very much😊.

Cons: If the shower machine can be upgraded, then would be perfect 👌.

Pros: Very good location,morning and night market just a step from the hotel,walking distance to various mall,muslim eatery,7/11,public transport..helpful and considerate staffRoom is spacious,android tv,good wifi.

Cons: My mattress a bit hard.other than that all were excellent.

Pros: Location was excellent, staff were really nice and helpful, hotel was quiet even it was located near nightbazaar.

Pros: The location is very convenient and we have easy access to anywhere we want to go. The staff is very friendly and accommodating.

Cons: The shower in the toilet room we occupied is damaged/broken and so is the water heater dial that's why we cannot adjust the temperature of the water flowing.
