Pros: The staff is amazing in this hotel. All of them. Super polite, professional, smiling and going the extra mile. The location is quite convenient - 5min from Airport rail link station, markets nearby, viewing platform available for all hotel guests on the top floor, very good breakfast with options of continental and Asian buffet.

Cons: This hotel has seen better days. It has a retro feel which is ok, but the cleanliness should improve. The bathrooms are mouldy in places, carpets need a deep clean. Please try to replace the tacky artificial plants in the communal areas with the real ones.

Amazing views and great iconic Bangkok hotel

Pros: Great hotel with lots of services and amazing views from own hotel room. Room was clean, spacious and the view from 74. floor was amazing from the space zone room. The view to the city was the main reason why I chose this hotel. I had lovely time there and everything worked really well. Location has its ups and downs, I used the airport rail link and it was short walk from the hotel. Also lot of shops, restaurants, few 7/11’s and night market right infront of the hotel. I personally prefer a bit calmer surroundings right infront of the hotel but it was okay and I knew before I came that the location is busy. Room was really quiet and I slept really well. Bed and huge pillows were a big plus. Observation deck is worth the visit also.

Cons: Nothing bad about to say the hotel itself. Little bit too crowded and busy area in the evenings right infront of the hotel but this is good thing to some and bad thing to some. Also sometimes the hotel elevators were quite crowded and I had to wait elevator for some time. But the iconic hotel is worth the visit and the city view is amazing.
