Australia 🇦🇺

Pros: 100% recommend staying here, the staff are so lovely and the room service was on par.

Cons: The property was a bit too far away from central Bangkok. when you google, it seems like only 20-25mins but grabbing a taxi is extremely difficult as the drivers don’t seem to want to go from Rama II to Central Bangkok. So getting around was a bit difficult. We did a lot of walking.

Pros: Big, clean, nicely designed rooms in a nicely designed hotel! Only the manager spoke English but she was very accommodating. Service was quite good.

Cons: Only 2 TV stations were in English. The rest were in Thai and Chinese. Hotel was half hour away from Bangkok on the expressway but thankfully it wasn't a problem getting a Grab to enter the city. Room service was only until 3 pm and breakfast was served cold.

Very satisfying.

Pros: The room looked very good. The staff was friendly and helpful. I also enjoyed the breakfast.

Cons: The only very minor complaint may be that the buttons for lights and airco were a bit complicated. Maybe the hotel could add some labels to the light buttons and provide a small guide about how to operate the AC.

Cons: However the tv was in chinesse so I could not use it and the handle of the bathroom came out but was quickly fixed when I informed them

Pros: the hotel, the people, the service and cleanliness

Cons: the location of the property, it's a bit far from main city bangkok, during peak hours it can easily take more than 1 hr to travel one way

Pros: El hotel está muy bonito por dentro está todo muy nuevo. Destacar sobretodo al chico de recepción es muy simpático y amable.

Cons: Es un hotel pensado para chinos. Todos los carteles en chino la TV solo funcionaba en chino y el desayuno todo chino no había nada de desayuno continental (solamente pan con mantequilla y mermelada y unos huevos)

Pros: Staff very nice even though they manager is the only one who speak English The hotel is beautiful. It very new. My tv did not have signal and they changed my room. They also allowed me to check out late because of my late flight :-)

Cons: Bed a little hard. Breakfast was not accomadating. This hotel is a bit ways from downtown Bangkok
