Excellent hotel, great service but let down breakfast

Pros: Stylish hotel & friendly and very helpful staff Always smiling and very professional Shuttle to the nearest subway station was well appreciated. Nice outside space Good cocktails 7 eleven just next door ( very handy)

Cons: Breakfast was slightly disappointing as we arrived just before 9am. Fried eggs were cold and the buffet wasn't restocked despite being until 10am despite being until 10am. It seems it was first arrived, first served ...when it's gone it's gone Very little fruit juice left, no more milk :/ On previous reviews someone wrote \

Fantastic

Pros: The hotel staff was very welcoming from reception until the duration of my stay. The rooms were comfy and clean, cleaning staff was well trained to make same as new again each day. Location is perfect a bit away from the shopping hustle and bustle but it's worth staying in this hotel.

Above and beyoung all my expectations.

Pros: This hotel made me feel like I was overseas. Every part of the space has been very well designed and decorated mixing the old Thai traditional and wooden furniture etc. I wam completely transported into another dimension. The bed was very comfortable. The location was perfect. Everything I needed was within walking distances. Easily going to other department stores and BTS. The best find so far of Bangkok, Thailand. The staff were amazing and helpful in everyway. This is by far the best hotel I have ever stayed in Thailand.

Pros: Home away from home. I spent a lot of time here as I wanted to recoup. I used the gym and the pool and the room service and have even recommended my family come to stay too and they are arriving tonight. I also have enjoyed the area with a couple of cheap grab cabs into the cod area to do touristy things being a scenic drive as well. Love the character of the hotel, very inspiring and colorful.

Cons: I did end up up grading my room from a superior to an executive only because I knew I wanted to enjoy my time here and extended my stay so a bit more room was what I wanted and I got it. The executive and / or the delux rooms are really lovely

Perfect stay and authentic

Pros: A perfect stay!!! very nice hotel, with very nice view from the upper floors and the roof. The swimming pool is not big, but very nice and we had also a wonderfull sunset from the roof. Also the restaurant looks really very stylish. And the area was better than in the city center more authentic. Also the staff was very friendly.

Great

Pros: Loved my stay here! The staff were so friendly, a 15 minute walk to the MRT (they do offer a shuttle but with traffic it was quicker to walk at times), close to market and there was a laundrette, 7/11, pharmacy and seamstress on either side of the hotel. The pool was empty in the mornings and breakfast was decent with a mix of Thai and western options. Room was comfortable, clean, had a nice view and the air con stayed on all day so room was cool when returning to hotel. One night there was commotion going on in the room next to mine which woke me up and after calling front desk, they were quick to send someone to investigate.

Cons: The only thing I would change is the shower, the angle of it meant the bathroom got wet and it you were best to hold it.

Pros: This hotel was super cool, the room and the commun areas are nice, good food for breakfast and dinner, we had a very nice time ! The staff was also very friendly and super nice !

Pros: There was so much art to admire throughout the building. Breakfast was great with large buffet selection.

Cons: Our shower drained very slowly so had to take very quick showers otherwise it overflowed.
