ABC HA Hotel Bangkok

Pros: The hotel was very clean. The housekeeping lady comes to clean the room everyday, always smiling. The staffs at the reception have been always helpful. The location is great to go for massage sessions and it is a perfect location for shopping. Everyday, we had toothbrush, toothpaste and water. I enjoyed my stay and i will come back again for my next stay.

Best hotel for short stay and small luggage

Pros: Very clean and short waking distance the streat markets and large shopping malls

Cons: Very small room

Pros: Very good location . Just walking distance to many shoping mall . Like central world, Platinam mall, Dimamd plaza

Cons: They dont have breakfast option . and room is small but for short stay its ok.

Pros: G is a great receptions person who help you out ordering a taxi etc . Overall a good experience

Pros: so easy to access, clean place, nice receptionist, very strategic! nearby 7e, hair saloon, massage, etc. LOVE IT!

Cons: 1) no hot water... atleast for our room (family suite) 2) no iron

Pros: New / clean / service/ very centre of everything and everywhere you needs best location/ no noise even though the hotel is ok busy town / transport good / lots of European and Spanish , westerners tourists in that hotel which is good to meet people who’s speak English Spanish etc . Night staff day staff for the hotel speak English too . Best hotel I will definitely recommend

Cons: Clean / good smells in the room in the hotel / big space rooms / bigger than other hotels in the areas for the lift / rooms are clean / the hotel is kind of new

Cons: Very clean very new and modern o my one thing is there is no safety deposit box in the room so you can’t really want to leave good passports credits cards and jewellery without worrying.. but the rest is good . Night and day receptionist are staff are so polite and so helpful people . The cleaner is very good lady too . I will deffo come stay again. The best thing is cleanest

Pros: Got the family room. Staff were pleasant, bed was very comfortable and soft, aircon was cool and modern. Very clean and modern room.

Cons: Would have liked an extra pillow and some bedside lamps. I had 4 more nights planned in BKK but we left here to go to another hotel because when booking on booking.com there were some errors made. It could had been my fault but the app was double booking rooms on me after I paid and it cost me twice as much and it also automatically selected dates I didn't choose. It caused me to make the mistake of booking on the wrong date. I accept these things happen and this is booking.com's fault, not the hotel. However I tried reaching out to booking.com but never got a reply. The only problem.was that the hotel would never reach out to booking.com and help me to sort out the situation even though they were financially benefitting from.the mistakes. I know it is not the hotel's responsibility but it is noted by the customer (me) if the hotel is trying to help or not with bookings, particular with these booking companies who are nearly impossible to contact for the customer. So we left to go to another hotel.

Very convenient and comfortable stay and i would like to stay back here for my next trip.

Pros: The location is very convenient as it is very near to city centre and BTS station. The hotel is surrounded with famous coffee shop and massage shops. Also there is a lot of convenient store and food around the hotel too. The hotel staff is very helpful and friendly, easy to communicate as well.

Cons: The only thing i would like to feedback is their TV in room is mounted a bit too high for Asian (maybe).
