Pros: Big hotel with perfect service. There are nice garden. Location is good, two min walk to BTS, 7/11. Front desk, F&B, H/K teams works professional. Rooms are wide and clean. Breakfast was delicious, there was a wide selection of dishes at breakfast. Fresh fruits. Nice coffee.

Cons: Internet connection was weak. Lightings in room should be stronger.

Pros: The staff were very attentive and welcoming. The room was clean, as was the bedding. I lacked nothing.

Lovely short stay for a concert at Impact Arena

Pros: Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and even had a nice view. The hotel's proximity to the MRT (pink line) made it easy to get to Impact Arena and transfer to the BTS and ARL. The breakfast buffet offered a good number of choices and was tasty. I was glad that I only had to go downstairs to the hotel's café & bistro to be able to have a meal after a long day of traveling.

Cons: The mattress was much harder than expected but not uncomfortable. Arriving and departing by public transportation was easy but the sidewalks between the hotel and the MRT station are in such bad condition that it was difficult to drag luggage across them - that's more a general Bangkok problem though.

Pros: From the start till the end I felt like I am in 5 star hotel - this hotel should deserve it!. Super polite staff with perfect English, noting was a problem and all my requests were met. For the price the rooms are stunning, I had even one with a bath tub which is a big plus for me. Complimentary treats to your room, unexpected upgrade, all these things made my stay unforgettable. I am still raving about this place and whenever I will visit Bangkok, this is the place I book. The restaurant has delicious drinks and food, the staff is attentive. I miss it already. Thank you for taking such a good care of your guests.

Pros: The staff, especially for reservations team could help us for my booking runs smoothly. I love their service. The breakfast was good. If you love the hotel near Don Mueng Internation Airport. There is one option that you can choose.

Pros: Staff were polite and helpful. Room was big enough. Location was good.

Cons: Wifi signal was poor. I asked for mineral water but each time they asked the reasons. Only until I told them that I didn't request to clean the room that day then they are ok with that. Mineral water don't cost much.

Pros: 1. The price is not high, and is near a skytrain station which can be interchanged to Don Muang airport and also connects into the city (a bit far at that, though). Recommended for staying the night before flight if you have a morning flight. 2. The staffs tries to solve problems about noisy guests.

Cons: 1. I tried to get a room with a large bed. I'm ok if they are unavailable, but the notification about that was too delayed. It came after I already checked out. 2. Staying in a neighboring room was a group of extremely noisy chinese tourists. It was 2am and they shouted and laughed loudly. I phoned the staffs and they came to tell them. They were still loud and I had to phone the staffs the second time.
