Patient, Friendly & Helpful Staff

Pros: The staff were unbelievably helpful. I lost my wallet in the taxi that dropped me off. They very kindly & patiently helped locate it, checking CCTV and making all the phone calls. True 5 star service. The rooms were excellent, facilities exactly as described. Will use gain in the future for business.

Cons: Everything was perfect.

Pros: I made mistake when I book for two days, they help me to cancel it and didn't charge me for 2nd day,

You would the best of both world of luxury (short walk to ICONSIAM) and the authentic Thai feeling within the hotel.

Pros: The integration of restaurant selling authentic local Thai food with such an affordable price is a complete advantage for the hotel. I wish I could stay longer to have all my 3 meals settled in the hotel.

Very pleasant and would come again

Pros: Very friendly staff and location was EXTREMELY convenient, lots of massage shops around, ICONSIAM just across the bridge. Room as cute and fully equiped, bathroom is beautiful, love the sink so unique (i also want it at my house), easy for grab to find (for easier find, just walked up to main road). Defo come again

Pros: It's conveniently located near train location (Gold Line), mall and restaurants are just ~10mins walk. They also have restaurant that offers Thai food. Daily room cleanup. Fridge inside the room.

Good Location and Clean and neat

Pros: Nearer to Iconsiam mall. Staff greeted me i dont know the name but she was very polite, welcoming . Provided me hot water kettle for my morning tea.

Cons: Since it is surrounded by other properties there is no view from window. So if you are solo you might feel little lonliness and cut off from the outside world. There is no nearby veg resturant where you can go and eat . And delivery time all over Bangkok is more than 45 mins. Even with high delivery charge.

Pros: Staff too lovely and location is the ultimate best ever.

Cons: Everything was spot on just coffee facilities in room would take this place to the next level.
