Great value with easy access to BTS

Pros: We had a very pleasant stay. Hotel was was very clean, staff friendly and good facilities. Indoor (including hot pool) and outdoor pools were good. Has a small gym and squash court too. Breakfast was good with plenty of variation. Location is next door to the station for easy transport but we found it quiet. Our room had a washing machine which was a great bonus. Dryers are located near the pool. Overall good value.

Cons: Hotel was great, not a huge amount to do in the local area though we found a good massage place, and great outdoor food at W market nearby.

I had a pleasant stay.

Pros: The rooms were big and spacious and the beds comfortable. The staff were really friendly.

Cons: Not enough loungers round the pool and the hotel is a little out of the way (although the BTS is very close).

Gorgeous hotel

Pros: This was such a treat after a long-haul flight. Rooms were gorgeous and bed was massive! Great views from the window. Staff go above and beyond for you. Location is right next to the metro! Would definitely stay here again!

Cons: Nothing!

Pros: The location and proximity to the bts are a massive plus

Home away from home in Bangkok!

Pros: Clean, location next to BTS is very convenient, friendly and accommodating staff, room also has a stove top and washing machine (they provide washing liquid too) which was a nice surprise!

Cons: Breakfast is okay, rooms are getting a bit old (e.g. dirty grout and large crack in wall next to bed)

I had a great time. Can recommend staying at Jasmine Hotel Resort to anyone considering.

Pros: I really enjoyed my stay! The hotel is clean and in great shape, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great aswell.

Cons: I would’ve liked to stay longer, but otherwise nothing to add

A relaxing sanctuary in the heart of busy bangkok

Pros: The morning breakfast has excellent selection for any diet and taste. The pool in our room was wonderful and the facilities in our room were excellent. Staff were attentive and lovely, we were well stocked with water and drinks.

A bit dated but nonetheless good!

Pros: Really nice pool and spa area, excellent location and service from staff! They gave us a free upgrade to the room which we certainly appreciated. Our stay was short but lovely!

Cons: It is a bit dated, rooms looked very old and quite dark. TV in the room was very old, which for a hotel this kind is a bit of a disappointment. The other tv was more up to date with Netflix and prime, but the TV was not connecting to the hotel wifi so the whole thing was a bit useless. Another thing that was a bit unpleasant was the smell of smoke in the corridors of the last floor, but that is of course not the hotel’s fault as it was stated clearly to us at the check in that smoking is not allowed. However, the carpets on the floor and the drapes smell of smoke by now because of other inconsiderate guests. Nonetheless, I hope that the property soon gets the renovation it needs, as this hotel has so much potential to be fantastic!

Pros: The room was very big, the water pressure is incredible for the shower/bath, it's very quiet

Cons: The beds are hard, and there is a smell in the room, I'm not sure where it was coming from but similar smell to sewage. It's a bit far from anything of importance

Pros: The staff were great. Friendly and helpful. The location was awesome, super close to the train station. The room was spacious and clean and room service was great too!

Cons: The room we had came with a washer, but no dryer so that was a little tricky to navigate. The hotel staff provided us with a drying rack upon request though. Also, the pool, gym, and laundry facilities closed at 9pm, which I thought was quite early.
