Great location for transport and very welcoming staff.

Pros: A great location right next to Surasak BTS which made getting around Bangkok so much easier. Away from the madness of some areas. Area seemed pretty safe.

Cons: The lifts were always slow and the pool was very cold.

Pros: Staff were great - so kind and helpful. Facilities were good - outdoor pool, rooftop bar, spa were all fab. Gym was basic but suited my needs. Location right next door to the BTS was very useful. A great place to stay and good value.

Pros: Beautiful room. Didn’t really interact with the staff much but when I did they seemed nice. Just stayed one night

Cons: Pool area had beautiful views. But no vibes, nobody was at the bar so couldn’t use it and you had to pay to use a towel

Staying here was a joyful experience

Pros: Amazing hotel very modern stylish and contemporary! Very clean and comfortable! Great location and has an amazing rooftop pool on the 11th floor staff were always ready to help you with every need! We were very impressed with all facilities and it’s definitely worth staying there even for a one off visit.

Cons: It was all superb I have nothing negative to say at all!

Good hotel for a short stay in Bangkok

Pros: Good hotel for a short stay in Bangkok, right beside the train line for easy travel around the city. Coffee shop beside the reception was great and we ate there every day. The rooftop pool was great to relax by.

Cons: The layout of the room is obscure with the toilet, sink and shower all being separate. The room could do with a little refurb and the surfaces didn’t seem to be cleaned down however some anti bacterial wipes did the job. There was a rooftop bar too with nice views of the city but the drinks were pretty expensive here.

Pros: Very good hotel, we had room on the 28th floor and there was an amazing city view. The pool and bar on the roof was super. Good breakfast and friendly staff. Very good location to walk to the night market, or take a taxi, tuk-tuk to discover the city center. The train stop is close to the building and it was easy to take a ride to the airport.
