Beautiful boutique hotel well located in Bangkok

Pros: Beautiful boutique hotel, nicely decorated. Everything that you may need is provided and even though not breakfast is included you can help yourself with coffee, tee and biscuits in the morning in the commun room/lobby. It was walking distance to night markets and quite close to the major old town activities

Cons: There isn't much noise insulation in the rooms.

Excellent hotel and amazing value for money. Would definitely stay again when in Bangkok.

Pros: Wonderful old building, recently renovated to exceptional stanadard. Superb room: large size, excellent hot water pressure, efficient and quiet a/c, very comfortable bed and pillows. Spotlessly clean. Quiet hotel atmosphere. Efficient and friendly staff recommended local cafes and restaurants. Felt like a bit of luxury after long train journeys around the country. 30 min walk to Grand Palace and riverfront area.

Cons: Nothing bad about this hotel.

Pros: This hotel was a great choice for my stay! The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient. I had a pleasant experience overall and would definitely recommend it to others.

Pros: I can only recommend staying here. The location is perfect, close to the Grand Palace, Wat Pho, Khao San Road. The staff is so nice and helpful, the rooms have a really nice design and are clean.

Nice and friendly guesthouse in a great location for sight seeing

Pros: Clean room and bathroom. The shower had a door so the bathroom stayed dry during showering. The interior is stylish and they have amenities like shower gel / shampoo and a snackbar + water in the public area. I totally loved their comfy rattan slippers. :) The location is great with a lot of the attractions within walking distance - if you don't mind a stroll. There are restaurants and shops close by - also several breakfast options. Staff was super friendly and we appreciated the possibility to hang out in their co-working space for killing time as we waited for our night train. Would definitely stay there again.

Cons: The next metro station is a bit of a walk (15 - 20min) but definitely doable. The neighborhood is not super polished which might be a negative for some - it wasn't for us. We always felt safe, also during night time.

Pros: Everything! Super nice staff made us feel very comfortable and taken care of. Such a fantastic, super nice and helpful people🙌the hotel itself was perfect for our needs. Close to all the attractions, but at the same time quite and surrounded by more real world than Koahsan rode;) terrific tarrace, comfortable and clean room. Highly recommended!

A great hotel in excellent position.

Pros: Friendly helpful staff who made us feel very much at home. The accommodation was spotlessly clean. The location was excellent with Royal Palace, Wat Po and Party Street all within 20 minutes walk. There is a laundrette and shop just round the corner.

Cons: The area immediately surrounding the hotel appears a little rough but not unsafe. Walk round the corner and is completely different.

Pros: Hotel was clean and tidy. Staff were helpful and kind. We liked the complimentary drinks and sweets at the lobby. Atmosphere is calm and friendly. Design is super cool.

Cons: District and neighbourhood was dirty.
