Pros: We were extremely comfortable and felt safe there. The morning hot chocolate was amazing and the cleaning staff were really friendly and helpful. The premises were extremely clean. We felt secure and happy. Thanks a lot! I would recommend your hotel for anyone who values comfort and privacy!

Staff Very Friendly & Helpful

Pros: Staff are very friendly & helpful. Good value for money and would use these hotels again. The hotel is further out of the main Sukhumvit area than I would prefer. It's a 25 minute walk to the BTS along a main road, which I hadn't quite appreciated when booking. Hotel is very clean and very good value for money.

Value for Money

Pros: The hotel had a 7/11 adjacent to it so that was really convenient. The rooms were well maintained and kept cleaned just like in the photos. The complimentary tea facilities every morning was really wonderful to have. Can just buy from 7/11 and have a nice cuppa of hot chocolate/cappuccino etc with it.

Cons: Would have been nice to have a microwave or electric kettle inside the room :)

Pros: The lovely, smiling, helpful and caring staff. The consistency of quality when staying at a Hop Inn anywhere. You always know what to expect, and that is a very comfortable stay with no surprises.

Cons: Shower drain was very slow to drain, thus you shower standing in a pool of water. Small cockroach on the wall, but it was only 1 and I put it outside. However these are just small things.

Pros: The room was clean, modern and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons: More bathmats or towels should be provided, as the bathroom floor gets very wet after showers, and it soaks the one thin bathmat provided very easily!
