Happy to recommend.

Pros: Breakfast wasn't included, but the location is great. I booked there because of the close proximity to the train station. It was a bonus to have Taopoon market on the doorstep

Cons: Nothing particularly. It served its purpose admirably

Pros: public transportation from this location is just perfect. Blue Line is just a 4 min walk with 7/11 stores around the corners of Exit 1 & 4.

Cons: no daily cleaning of the rooms

Pros: Very nice hotel 200 m from the Tao Poon metro station. Clean rooms and bathrooms, AC, hot water comfortable beds. There is even free water and coffee in the rooms. Market and shops just around the corner. Highly recommended.

Pros: The State apartment is clean, well managed, and is very conveniently located only 100 meters away from both the Blue Line and the Purple Line....excellent value for the money.

Pros: Room size and facilities were excellent . Staff were friendly

Cons: Getting to the apartment was a little tricky at the final 200 metres as it is tucked away.. Language was difficult as they didn't speak good English.

Fantastic

Pros: The location was excellent. Near to Lotus supermarket, groceries, market and 7-Eleven outlets. Place is clean and well maintained. Management is good. They were kind enough to give me the best room since I was staying longer.. I am grateful to them for it. The owners wife was good and polite. All the staff working at the place are extremely helpful, warm, kind and took pains to communicate and make me understand since I did not know Thai. They used google translator for it. My best wishes for them all. The place is highly recommended.

Great stay, value for money

Pros: I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Bangkok — the room was spacious, spotless, and equipped with a much-needed, well-functioning AC. The location is incredibly convenient, with three 7-Elevens within a 2-minute walk and Tao Poon MRT station just a minute away, making it easy to get around the city. The area is quiet and residential, offering a peaceful vibe, and all rooms come with a balcony (though it was a bit too sunny or rainy to use during my stay). The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, even though they don’t speak English — Google Translate bridged the gap effortlessly. Fast Wi-Fi and the option to store luggage after checkout were great bonuses. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend it for a comfortable, no-fuss experience in Bangkok.
