Excellent hotel, with outstanding staff

Pros: Location was excellent, near to MTS/MRT stations and near malls. Plenty of restaurants all around. The staff was friendly and helpful, very courteous. We ate at all the restaurants. The Italian and Chinese restaurants were exceptional, both for service and food. The rooftop was also very nice. Buffet breakfast had plenty of options. The fruits and fresh juices were very refreshing.

Cons: The TV in the room didn't have many options and froze very often.

Pros: Breakfast was pretty good ! It was clean ! Location was perfect ! Staff is so friendly and helpful! Room view was excellent ! Easy to access public transportation

Cons: They charge you 3000 baht as deposit , i think this is little bit high. Pool is small like many other hotels.

Plaza the action

Pros: Luxurious hotel in a great location with easy access from MRT and Skytrain. Excellent rooftop pool with loungers that is not big enough for serious swimming but good for taking the heat off of Bangkok and has jacuzzi available. Room was huge and had every facility you could ask for although surprisingly few channels on TV but who comes here to watch TV anyway. Excellent rooftop bar that is expensive but worth it with a nice selection of craft beérs. Sukhumvit is a good area with lots going on and easy to get anywhere in the city

Cons: Few channels on TV but didn't bother me.

Pros: Location, Receiption lounge , clean rooms, Breakfast spread, and finally the staff. I stayed in Room no 1812 which is superb room and next visit i will requestfir the same room
