Pros: Nice clean and comfortable hotel, very nice staff. Great location near many shops, bars and restaurants.

Cons: Light switches on far side of the bed. No remote for air conditioning.

Truly fantastic. I would recommend to everyone visiting Bangkok.

Pros: Absolutely everything. We love staying here. We have stayed here twice in 3 weeks! We were upgraded on our visit - which was such a special touch. We truly wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Bangkok. The aesthetic of the guest rooms, the pyjamas, the bathrooms, the staff, the swimming pool are all exceptional. I adore the Serum Face-masks, and all of the beauty bits & pieces that you can help yourself to in reception. I love the coffee in the room and the water if purified so that you can use the tap water on your face and to brush your teeth. Everything is so beautifully done.

Cons: Nothing - it’s wonderful.

Pros: The hotel is situated just off Sukhumvit road and still quiet as located at the end of an alley. BTS, underground and Em District Malls are 5 mins walk away. The hotel room was very clean with all modern amenities. Staff were friendly and helpful, cannot beat Thai Japanese hospitality.

Well-located but quiet modern Japanese style hotel.

Pros: Location was excellent within a very short distance of the BTS, shops and restaurants. However, was down a quiet side street so there was little noise from the street which was welcome.

Pros: It was perfect. The most amazing staff, so beautifully clean and such a great location. We can’t wait to stay again. The breakfast is delicious with so many fresh Continental, Thai & Japanese options.

Comfortable, clean hotel in a very good location.

Pros: Very good location, metro is in 5 min. walk. Many eating and shopping possibilities around. Clean hotel, comfy room, nice staff. Breakfast selection is manly japanese, but you find enough european food selection. Just can recommend.

Honestly the best hotel so far.

Pros: Everything was amazing. Staffs were kind and respectful. Downtown location with quietness. Perfect for exploring the city with a peaceful sleep. The room was well designed and well equipped complied with Japanese standards. Clean and comfortable. Warm wood colour, lighting, warm shower, soft bed, great pillows. Honestly, everything you we were looking for for a hotel room. Definitely will come back again and will look for the location in other countries.

Central and comfortable

Pros: The hotel is very central yet in a quiet alley. It was comfortable and clean and I felt at home right away. Staff are kind and helpful and we got everything we needed. Loved the Japanese touch :)
