Pros: Wonderful clean space, and great facilities. The staff was really sweet and helpful and made sure I was welcomed and comfortable, and were really quick to deal with any questions or issues I raised. I felt comfortable and welcomed.

Cons: Dryer is not the best. Location is a bit sketchy but very safe! Not close to public transport except for bus stops.

Pros: The host is an absolute gem; he is so nice ,god bless him ,pls give him luck ,I’ve never met anyone so helpful and attentive. The room is spacious, fits a family perfectly, and you really get a lot for what you pay. Highly recommend！

Pros: Great stay! The owner was very helpful, accommodating, and even helped us coordinate with a taxi driver finding his way to our pickup. The rooms were clean enough, definitely good for the price paid. Overall, a great option, especially for young backpackers heading to the airport

Fine stay for Bangkok.

Pros: The rooms were basic but the same as in the description. Good for a place to stay when you’re in Bangkok, most of the time you are out anyways.

Cons: The curtains were not blocking any light so it was very light in the room.

Pros: We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The person at the reception was extremely kind and welcoming, which made us feel comfortable right from the start. The room was clean.

Pros: The owner was really nice and also people from the street were very nice. Lady from the little shop on the street (across the entrance) was very nice. Also room was clean and the washing machine and dryer were big plus to our stay.

Cons: The only thing was the noise on the street in the evening. Everery night there was a loud music and some nights there were loudly singing people.

Short Stay in Bangkok

Pros: The sleeping set-up was perfect for our family of four. We loved the modern and simple decoration, with adequate space for suitcases. The private wet room was convenient, and the laundry facilities were excellent — the laundry room being open 24/7 was a big plus. The simple tea/coffee and toast-making space was very handy. Everything was generally very clean. The host was so lovely and friendly, speaking basic English but always happy to help and answer simple questions.

Cons: There wasn’t anything we truly disliked, but the rooms could benefit from a few extra basics such as handwash soap in the bathroom and a long wall mirror near the bathroom or bedroom.

Hidden gem in an unknown alley in Dusit District

Pros: Friendly host. Location (near to a hidden gem Hainamese Noddles Restaurant with pure Passion Fruit Juice) and Nang Loeng Market (where u can have cheap and tasty local foodie and also loxak fruits). Two 7-Eleven within walking distance.

Cons: The mattress used is not in good condition. I think the spring is damaged.. It is too soft and can cause u to have back pain if u sleep overnight). Nevertheless i have inform the host to have it change for future guests visiting)

I cant express enough through words how much grateful I am to the service I received from the owner. we (family of 6 stayed) and the service we received was beyond expectation by million times. First class treatment, super friendly owner, It is worth a million times just to book to try and you will be grateful for each single second you stay here. The owner was extremely flexible and helpful. They also have auto laundry cheapest in town. They have a communal kitchen and dining area, free coffee machine, free water.
