Pros: Clean,friendly,great location. My second time staying and will come again

Wonderful hotel, fabulous staff, amazing city!

Pros: It smells amazing! They use a diffuser at reception that makes the whole place subtly strawberry-esque. Staff are fabulous, accommodating and friendly. We stayed at Best Western in Hong Kong, and it cost us more for one week than Bangkok cost us for two. That's why it's the world's most popular city. The Thai people are wonderful.

Cons: They need to fix the shower issues, with leaks and sticky doors, but the rooms are amazingly big for the price. Other than that, really, we would be looking for things tp moan about. We will be back to stay again.

Pros: Friendly staff, big room, comfortable, hot shower, good ac.

Cons: Wifi was unreliable for streaming and mobile gaming resulting in regular lag and pauses. Even though the room was big the bathroom was small and compact. Gym was also small only really allowing 1 person to use weights at a time. Only strength equipment was free weights upto 15kg and 1 adjustable bench.

Nice room but not cetral

Pros: The room was massive, and the bed was also very large. Strong AC, a wardrobe, and a mini fridge were provided. The hotel itself is pretty standard, with a pool and a small gym. The staff were lovely and welcoming. For the price, I think it’s perfect.

Cons: Probably the only downside is the location, as it’s not very central and there isn’t much going on in the neighborhood. Besides that, there’s not much to complain about.

Secret getaway from the hustle and bustle

Pros: Quiet neighbourhood but close enough for sky train station free shuttle.

Cons: The coffee shop was closed down.

Lovely stay in Bangkok

Pros: Clean rooms and rooms are made everyday, nice little restaurant inside the hotel and the gym even though basic, everything you need. Tul tuks to the BTS, but the walk is probably like 15min which is nice if you like getting in your steps

Pros: I like it the most The room is clean and the staff is very kind to support for example arranging tuk-tuk for me without extra charge even my booking schedule out of the hotel scheduled.

I could have stayed for another night but the room was fully booked.

Pros: The location is great for our stay, as it is close to where we’re supposed to be. The room is spacious and equipped with everything we need. TV is huge and new.

Cons: The room wasn’t very well soundproof so I could hear walking steps and guests talking loudly outside so much so I had to ask for earbuds. Unfortunately, the manager couldn’t care less about my complaint.

Value for money

Pros: Value for money. The facilities are new and clean. The location allows you to visit Bangkok by car - hotel has their own parking, the highway is nearby - so travelling to/from the hotel is relatively comfortable

Cons: The pool is really tiny
