Decent stay, convenient location

Pros: Location in a few minutes walk from Thonglor BTS-station was great! Very easy also to get to from the airport with public transportation. The hotel and the room were overall clean and nice, but nothing too special. I think the kind and genuine personnel was the best thing about the hotel!

Cons: The AC in the room couldn't really battle against the Bangkok humidity: temperature-wise the room was cool enough to sleep in but the humidity remained quite heavy indoors affecting sleep quality. I noticed a musty smell starting to develop in the clothes that stayed in the room e.g. pyjamas. While the bathroom was nice and spacious their shampoo was somehow extremely bad, perhaps just not meant for fine western hair? So I would recommend bringing your own products!

A lovely place

Pros: This was our second visit and it beat the first time cause we already knew our way around. Staffs are great. Front counters, housekeeping to the breakfast servers do their jobs best and their smiles are warm. Place has been maintained well and clean.

Nice hotel, location is okay, metro is 5 minutes to go, breakfast good.

Pros: The hotel was pretty good, nothing extraordinary, but it is clean, the breakfast is good, the rooms are quite usual but comfortable. I also loved the library in the hotel, there are many interesting books and you can borrow them to your room

Cons: Like many other places in Bangkok, it was quite noisy and the hotel has few floors meaning most probably you will hear the road. The road is not busy whatsoever yet some occasional bikes will wake you up at night and you will definitely wake up as soon as the traffic starts which is quite early in Bangkok

Fab hotel

Pros: Great hotel and excellent staff. The hotel didn’t have many rooms and so felt well looked after. Good sized room, large comfy bed and great shower. Excellent breakfast, picking from a menu and then additional buffet selection of items and unlimited drinks.

Pros: Cute boutique hotel, l liked the individual charme. The a la carte breakfast was included and very good. Close to BTS station Khlong To was also a plus.

Definitely will be back to this place if I am visiting Thailand

Pros: Everything was exceptional. The staff were very friendly and supportive. The breakfast was delicious. The rooftop garden was beautiful and serene. The location had all what you need.

Cons: Shower water was not very hot, but it wasn't a big deal.

Pros: Staff were super friendly Hotel is nice and quiet and a relaxed space in a busy city Beds were fantastic

Cons: The city is BUSY! So traffic takes a while to get to places Also a pool would be amazing

Calm spot in BKK

Pros: Nice and clean room, it’s not on the main street, so there was no extra noise. The bed was very comfortable! The location is great, close to restaurants, bars, shops, and public transportation. Everyone at the hotel spoke English and was really nice and helpful. We requested a king-size bed and a parking spot, communication with the reception via Booking was smooth and fast. We got a welcome drink right after the check -in (Thai tea), which was tasty and refreshing. Everything in the minibar was free, and breakfast was good with many options. I would definitely come back!

Would recommend - calm escape in the middle of BBK!

Pros: The staff were amazing - gave a very comprehensive introduction and escorted us to our room. there was a map of the local area which was very useful and indicated different facilities, restaurants, bars, transport links. There were complimentary snacks and drinks, and a VERY clean room. The bathroom facilities were great. The onsite cafe was wonderful too.

Cons: Nothing not to like!

Lovely stay

Pros: Very nice and clean room. Complimentary snacks/drinks in the room that we're regularly restocked. The staff were lovely and went above & beyond to offer help, one member of staff bumped into us outside of her work hours at the train station to inform us we could pre-order a packed breakfast if we were leaving early for tours/flights. Good range of breakfast items. Room was quiet (located down a quiet side street - still felt safe to walk at night) shower worked well, bed was comfy. The location made it very easy to access the sky train.

Cons: Nothing.
