Exceptional service and wonderful stay

Pros: Love the team at Ekkaluck for their attentive and exceptional service, special thanks to Tong and Monet and the breakfast team and Kao at the bar. I enjoyed having small but sufficient variety at the breakfast buffet and nice touch of cook to order hot food which were delicious. Loved that the cocktail snacks were different every day as we stayed 5 days. The warm and friendly service staff made our stay most enjoyable and we can't wait to stay again.

Pearl in the middle of Bangkok

Pros: The hotel is just the right size. Staff are all very friendly and attentive. Room is comfortable and of a good size. The gym and the pool are small but just right, very neat and good for a relaxing morning. The breakfast is just exceptional. The best ever I ever had in Bangkok hotels.

We only stayed one night but will definitely be back.

Very pleasant stay!

Pros: 1. A relatively small hotel in a quiet, residential neighborhood and a short walk away from the main roads and BTS station. The lobby is very nicely decorated and gives a warm, personal feeling. 2. Staff is extremely courteous and competent at their jobs. Checkin was very smooth and although a room was not available for early checkin, I was made very comfortable to wait in the restaurant. 3. Later my luggage was automatically sent to my room in advance - really nice gesture! 4. The staff at breakfast remembered my food preferences from the previous day - a very nice experience.

Cons: 1. The lighting in the room could have been better. Specifically, the area around the safe and the full length mirror is not well lit - it is easy to miss an object. 2. The bathroom is a small with very little counter-space to keep personal toiletries.

Pros: Details of the room, a la carte breakfast, very nice staff. Thanks to Sunshine and Kevin for helping us with everything.

Cons: Small swimming pool (but it was quiet, which is very good), a bit slow service for snacks and drinks there. But they help us to provide wine usually served only at the restaurant and we appreciated it a lot.

Friendly staff, great location in the quiet end of busy street

Pros: Great location yet quiet from all the hustle bustle. BTW just door step. Thong Lor being great location for up and coming and hip places.

Cons: No hot water during the first day but it was quickly resolved. The breakfast is good but a bit overpriced for the options and qualities they provide.

A memorable stay, fantastic staff and location, we'd love to come back !

Pros: Staff were excellent, welcoming, friendly and helpful. They made our anniversary stay very special and memorable. The room was lovely and really comfortable and the bathroom had a spacious shower as well as a bathtub. The location of the hotel was so convenient and a short walk to the Emporium Mall which had excellent shopping and food options. There were also some interesting boutique stores and good casual restaurants and massage/spas along the main street. Wish we had booked for a longer stay!

From a worm welcome with all the services a 5 star hotel should provide- classy and elegant- nothing missing.
