Excellent stay in the middle of Bangkok

Pros: Apartment well laid out, very clean and comfortable. Very quiet. Daily room service was appreciated. Amenities around the hotel were excellent.

Cons: Swimming pool was very small with only 4 sunbeds, definitely not appropriate for the number of guests accommodated

Best place in this area

Pros: Perfect as usual. 3rd time booking this place. I think there is no better room to book in this area.

Well located high-rise hotel

Pros: The property is in a central location, close to all the services we needed to begin our Thailand vacation. We had booked a family room, which suited us well. The food was good, and it was on the SkyTrain line, so transportation was readily available(both train and taxis).

Cons: The pool is between the property and the (busy) road. It is well landscaped but a bit exposed. The living area had only overhead lighting; lamps would be a big improvement.

Stay was amazing, location could've been better.

Pros: The stay was amazing! The rooms were clean and spacious. The staff was helpful. The aesthetics of the room were top notch. The thing I enjoyed the most was the rooftop facility.

Cons: The location of the hotel was far from the main Bangkok city and all tourist attractions. It used to take us a lot of time to travel and cabs costed a lot throughout the trip.

Pros: The room was huge, perfect for us as we stayed over Christmas. Pool was not massive but never crowded, often we were the only ones using it

Cons: The pool bar was closed for a private function, which was fine but the outdoor bar was advertised as open but no staff.

Pros: Lots of 7/11. There is nearest bts on nut station.

Cons: If you choose loft you can hear the noise from the ceiling. The elevator its too slow.

Pros: We absolutely loved the apartment, it was so clean and modern!

Cons: The location wasn’t great for us but that’s just personal preference, we had to get taxis to main points of interest .. at least 30-50 mins away.

Pros: Excellent stay. Great facilities. Staff are helpful.

Cons: There was a tiny bit of grime in the shower that could’ve been cleaned more but can easily ignore

Perfect, really good and clean hotel.

Pros: Clean and kind personel. Good english speaking also. Room is nice with big netflix tv. I stay here every year.

Cons: Gym could be bigger, but that’s about it.

I will not recommend this place to anyone. Not the greatest stay.

Pros: I liked that the hotel was central and that they had a gym.

Cons: On arrival, the hotel staff member didn’t want to help me with my bags up the stairs of my loft. He said that’s it’s not his job. The housekeeping were terrible, they didn’t clean properly, and they never restocked the tea, coffee and sugar. The gym equipment smelled… especially the mats. I’ve stayed at a Ramada before, this is why I opted to stay at this one, but the service was simply terrible. The breakfast wasn’t the greatest either. The waiters were terrible, not attentive and not friendly… and the food was mediocre with the coffee pot that was always empty.
