Great location, amazing staff!

Pros: The location is convenient to all mode of transports and attractions. The staff are extremely friendly and the facilities are top notched. Breakfast is great! So many options!

Cons: Some of the food from a la carte were average, but it’s still good

Pros: Clean. Was next to Onnut station and connected to century mall which was very convenient.

Pros: Location to Sukhumvit is good. Many shops in surrounding area. Hotel is situated on top of a small shopping mall. Breakfast is really good, alot of choice. Clean room. Very comfy large bed.

Cons: Staff using the lifts, sometimes only to go up one floor, use the stairs. Miserable reception staff, especially as you walk through, no greetings, a simple hello, even when really quiet.

Pros: The staff were awesome especially the staff at green restaurant and the front desk. The amenities was nice also and very close to BTS. They were all eager to make my stay a beautiful and I did enjoy it
