Pros: Great location - very near Khaosan Road and the tourist area but in a quiet street, distant from the noise. The place is very clean, you're asked to take off your shoes once you step inside the guesthouse. Helpful and friendly staff. Hot water and free coffee/ tea available in the reception area. Great value for the money!

perfect accommodation for exploring banks

Pros: It was in the best location to reach the attractions of Bangkok on foot. The bustling Koh San Road was a few minutes away, but the apartment was absolutely quiet and perfect for relaxing. Comfortable bed, hot water, air conditioning and spotlessly clean. Coffee and tea were always made. Nina was attentive to our every thought to make us feel comfortable. I highly recommend this guesthouse if you want to explore Bangkok.

Pros: The room was fairly basic but everything worked so well. The shower was powerful and hot, air conditioning really powerful but fans could be turned quieter at night.. bed comfortable and the owner was very friendly.and welcoming. Really nice feeling staying here

Pros: The cleanest bathroom we have had in South East Asia, great air con, super comfy bed, reception manned 24 hours so can check in any time. Great location - right next to Khao San Road and sooo quiet, literally couldn't hear it, I couldn't believe it. Great place to stay
