Pros: Staff was super helpful. They helped me find things to do. Offered guidance on how to get around the city. Very professional.

Cons: Lighting in the bathroom could have been better. Really hard to shave or trim with the current lighting.

Uitmuntend!

Pros: Het personeel staat echt altijd voor je klaar met een glimlach. Zelf heb ik hotelschool gestudeerd en dit was echt mn eerste accomodatie in Thailand waar hostmanship de drijfveer is. Ze wisten vanaf dag 1 mn naam en mn kamernummer en dat zorgt er echt voor dat ik me direct thuis voel en gewaardeerd voel. Het perdoneel heeft echt boven mijn verwachting gepresteerd en ik ben ze mega dankbaar! Kom hier volgend jaar zeker terug :)

Cons: Als ik dan echt iets moet bedenken, de tv! Die is te oud waardoor ik geen series kan kijken. Maar! Ze zijn het hele hotel aan het renoveren, dus dat komt snel genoeg goed!
