Pros: We are returning guests in the Hotel and we love the area. Very convenient. The staff is always super kind and very helpfull. We love staying over here. Rooms are functional and beds are very comfy. We love StandardX.

Super cool Bangkok hotel

Pros: Lovely cool space in busy Bangkok. Convenient for Khaosan Road and river boat ferries. Great rooftop bar and pool.

Matched our requirements and expectations perfectly.

A chic hotel in a great area

Pros: This is a great hotel in a vibrant area. The rooms are spacious and clean - ours had a balcony with a view of the river - and the beds are large and very comfortable. The roof top pool is gorgeous with fantastic views over Bangkok. We would definitely book again.

Cons: In the evening the music in the rooftop bar was tinny and awful - auto-tuned repetitive pop . The flowing morning they played some more appropriate chill out tunes that suited mood and location better.

Comfortable stay in great location

Pros: Great location and comfortable rooms. Huge king bed with river views which we loved. The noise from the river didn’t bother us at all (and earplugs are provided in any case). We loved the location for our first stay in Bangkok - close to the central sites and right next to a ferry stop. We also very much enjoyed lounging at the pool and rooftop bar after sight seeing. Very reasonable value for money.

Cons: Service was a little mixed at times (towels randomly disappeared from our rooms) but very quickly resolved and staff were very attentive.

Excellent few days in Bangkok at the StandardX

Pros: This is a beautiful hotel in an excellent position. We especially enjoyed breakfast by the river and afternoons by the rooftop pool. Staff are all lovely.

Pros: Perfect location. The staff is simply amazing and the pool on the roof is the cherry on top!

Great location, big room and bathroom, different concept.

Pros: The rooftop bar and pool and after checking out the let us use the pool until we had to leave for the airport in the evening. We loved the concept of this hotel, art and accomodation. Loved the simplicity of the reception combined with art exhibition. The Beans cafe in the ground floor with a 10% discount for guests staying at the hotel is a nice touch. Location is fab near Khao San area, and next door to the Phraya Tourist Boat.

Pros: The location is really nice, almost too central. It was quite a journey from and to the airport, because in both cases we got stuck in the traffic for almost an hour. Maybe you could recommend the most efficient way how to get to the hotel? But that is not your fault. We loved the staff, the cleanliness, the comfort, the design overall.

Cons: I personally am not a fan of the paid snacks in the room, it feels cheap.

A modern and creative spot in a perfect location

Pros: We love the location over the river, right next to the taxi pier. The views from our balcony were lovely and the pool area was the perfect spot to chill after a busy morning. The art and overall aesthetic was so modern and creative.

Cons: Can’t think of anything.
