Excellent service and staff in this beautifull 5* hotel!

Pros: We had an excellent 5* stay and service in this new nice hotel. Recommend to pay extra for executive room with 24h lounge entrance, it´s really worth it as you will have evening buffet with drinks and also great breakfast options (not so crowded as in the main restaurant). Great staff, superb breakfast, excellent service, two nice pools, spacious room, fitness. All was perfect! Location on the train from the intern. airport!

Cons: Nothing all was spectacular. Only the pool was a bit cold for me 😆

Only place to stay in Bangkok

Pros: Everything! Worth every penny especially if you add access to the Executive Lounge. The experience was beyond what we imagined and worth more than what we expected. The staff were always polite and helpful. The location was very easy to access and get around. The beds were super comfortable too with options to change Pillows. Room service responses were very quick and prompt through the app. I can't praise this place enough.

Pros: Beautiful room Super friendly and kind staff. Food was outstanding and very prompt room service. The bed was so comfortable. Loved it all. Fantastic location, right near station to feeds the rest of city and the airport. Have a wonderful massage and the spa was stunning as was the pool.

Cons: The pools were lovely. But the loungers are in shade, can’t be helped as it’s on the side of a building lol !

Pros: Spotlessly clean, big comfy bed and pillows, Snow White bedding and towels, lovely bathroom with great toiletries. Lovely modern hotel

Cons: The situation in Phayathai due to insane traffic jams. Tuk tuk drivers and taxis were not keen on taking us due to the awful traffic

The perfect hotel with perfect staff.

Pros: There is nothing to dislike about this hotel, every little thing has been carefully curated. The staff have been trained to a very high degree, each one greets you with a warm smile no matter what their position in the company is. I wish I could remember the names of everyone .. sadly, it’s not possible but I will give a special thanks to Amoceim and Wit who went the extra mile each day and to those I haven’t mentioned .. you are all very special.
