Pros: Close to everything, not noisy, helpful staff. We had a 5th floor room, with abig balcony.

Cons: The 10 flights of stairs to get to the 5th floor! I think that's the only floor that has a balcony, which we specifically wanted. We are 56 & 66, but we managed to get up there. A lovely small Thai lady at reception helped me get my bag up. Then the lady manager helped me when we checked out!

Clean and nice

Pros: Place was clean and nice, if you’ve got heavy bags the stairs might be difficult. It’s also down an alleyway which isn’t ideal but the staff were helpful and the place was decent

Great value for money

Pros: + Very nice friendly people who manage the hotel + free coffee, toast, butter, jam, cookies every day + great location + overall very good value for money

Cons: - we were a family of 5 people (2 adults, 3 children) which it said on booking app was ok to fit in the Family Room. After having stayed there three nights would recommend not staying more than 4 people in the family room. It has one double bed and two single beds. - bathroom really small, water pressure quite low remark: it is recommended to pay in cash, there is added 4% extra fee if paying by credit card

Good hotel in kaosan

Pros: Nice clean ( but small) room. Very Quiet!! (Which is very important in kaosan zone.) Very close to kaosan, the royal palace, etc. It has a/c, a safe and hot water. Free coffee tea fruits water all day. Free jam toast in the morning. There is a nail salon in the lobby! I liked it cause i felt like being in “better call saul”! ;)

Cons: Very hard mattress, staff not so smiley and low english proficiency, but overall very kind and available.

Pros: Friendly staff and the hotel was very clean as it seemed fairly new. There is a luggage lift, but if you have mobility issues it might be best to request a room on level 1 or 2.

Pros: Everything was amazing!! Friendly and helpful staff during any time. Loved the free snacks and the cleanliness of the property. Location is amazing, close to everything we needed but not noisy at all.
