Pros: The room is new , spacious and very comfortable. I stayed for 5 nights and really enjoyed my stay. You have everything that you need The staff is very kind , and they have a cafe on the entrance floor with really good matcha Thank you:)

Cons: small suggestions for improvement - put a full-length mirror in the room, and clean the room at least once.

Great

Pros: All the staff were extremely kind and helpful. The rooms are clean and modern. There is a very nice and cozy cafe below the hotel. Multiple 7-elevens within walking distance.

Cons: The location around the hotel is a bit dirty and smelly, but once you go inside, it is a whole different world. Also, they didn’t clean our room for 4 nights. If you ask, they will probably clean it, but you have to ask.

Great accommodation...

Pros: This accommodation was extremely clean, comfortable, airy and spacious. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. The bed was so comfortable. The shower was fabulous. It was a bit of a distance from attractions but as we like to walk it wasn't a problem for us. It's more of a residential area. The accommodation has a coffee shop. They also have a free to use, water machine, that dispenses cold and hot water. There are 7/11s nearby. I would stay again.

Cons: The balcony could do with some furniture and a clothes airer. This may happen in due course as the accommodation is still a work in progress.

Great place. Highly recommend

Pros: Brand new apartment, fresh interior, nice lights in the room, there is a table for work and everything you need. Nice shower also. Cozy 1st floor that is a coffee/matcha shop. Beautifully decorated, there’s even a huge batmobile! Owner and staff are kind and friendly. They let me to check-in earlier, because I arrived in the morning. And helped with baggage (it is difficult for me rn to carry after a surgery) Location also good, a lot of street food nearby and seafood cafes. 7-11 just 3 min walking. Beautiful place for a walking along the river. Not noisy, no touristic place, only locals. 10 minutes to the center by taxi

Cons: View from balcony. Stairs, no lift.
