Pros: Fantastic home stay in a local Bangkok neighbourhood. Kate and her family were very friendly and spoke good English. Lots of public transport connections and food options nearby. Can highly recommend to anyone looking to get away from the tourist traps.

Private clean accomodation.

Pros: All super clean, nice people running the place. I also liked the minimalist decoration. AC and fan, and the bed is confortable. Kettle and coffee provided.

Cons: The balconies are small and get very warm (there's other buildings nearby so no breeze).

Pros: Un peu excentré du centre ville, le quartier est local, calme et très sympa, j’étais la seule touriste. Je n’ai pas croisé le personnel, et nous étions seulement 2 dans l’immeuble. Équipements assez rudimentaires mais grande chambre, propre.

На этажах выше живут студенты-художники, рисующие потрясающие картины, которые вы можете увидеть в холле гостиницы. Особого внимания заслуживает очаровательный постоялец по имени Джонатан – он покорил моё сердце 😍
