Riverfront house/Chao phraya river/Baan Rimphraya

Great place to stay

Pros: A lovely apartment right on the river.we had a great stay.

Cons: Directions were very good but we arrived during daylight. If arriving at night it could be difficult to find.

Absolutely charming.

Pros: The balcony over the river was just fabulous. We spent out evening eating and chilling outside in peace.

Cons: Everything was great. But I can imagine that for tourists it would be a little hard to navigate the neighbourhood. Our party was mostly Thais and we just used Grab to pick us up at the church to take us to where we wanted to go.

Quiet River Location

Pros: Lovely big bedrooms. Fabulous outlook, directly on to the Chao Phraya River. AC very efficient and very welcome. Quiet position on river, so no road noise and pleasant boat traffic. Great to sit out at night for a quiet drink. Big comfortable beds, soft towels.

Cons: Location caused a few issues, especially stressful for airport pick ups and drop offs. Located in a residential area, quite a walk to bars and restaurants. Kitchen set up could be a little more organised. Utensils, crockery, cutlery, glasses in random boxes. Mirror in top bedroom would be nice.

Easy to relax

Pros: Location on river was fantastic ,easy to get around on bicycles supplied,big comfy rooms

Cons: Nothing enjoyed all

ABSOLUTELY THE BEST IN BANGKOK!!!

Pros: Incomparable position that not so many tourists can have in Bangkok The host's organization and helpfulness are great! THE BEST IN BANGKOK ABSOLUTELY!

A lot of equipment

Pros: There was a lot of equipment, and everything was functioning properly and was clean.

Cons: Access to the parking is too narrow for large taxis (VIP vans). You need to walk between the car and the house to load or unload luggage.

Close to the river very good view and the house is clean and so organise

Pros: The property is very clean and tidy and pet friendly

Cons: Nothing every time perfect

Pros: Very helpful and friendly owner, always responds quickly,he helped us to order taxi, and gave many informations. He speaks great english. The appartment has a beautiful view on the river and looks nice

Cons: Location

i loved the uniqueness and tranquility of staying on the water. I will return for sure.

Pros: Location took a little getting used to as the property was located deep in a quaint local neighbourhood. Once we were familiar it was wonderful to be emersed in a local experience. Located close to a church, the xmas / new year church rituals were also really beautiful to witness.

Cons: The car was difficult to manuever in and out of the property (due to the small lanes) so we ended up parking the car and taking a grab from the nearby car park most of the time. it was a small an easy price to pay for the other perks that came with the property.

Good property , clean and well maintained

Pros: The property is well maintained and very clean and the location is besides the river with Majestic view. Only problem is the access to the property is difficult where cabs can’t reach

Cons: The access to the property is through narrow roads and in very interiors.
