One of the best stays I’ve had in Bangkok, the atmosphere is just amazing and the accommodation has everything you need.

Pros: The area is one of the best in all of Bangkok, walk outside your door and you have a market to explore.

Cons: The aircon in one of the rooms was a bit weak.

Amazing value for money

Pros: Was Clean and in a great spot and because it was whole apartment it felt like a home also the value for money aspect was quite amazing.

Cons: Liked everything

Great little apartment in the heart of Bangkok

Pros: Everything was good, location, facilities, comfortable beds. We would stay again.

Cons: The stains on the sofa was our only criticism, and that didn't bother us very much anyway.

Had an amazing stay

Pros: The property is centrally located and it was quite easy to collect the keys from the lock box right net to the door. The property met my expectations.

Cons: The only thing that disturbed me were the A/C's in the bedrooms. They weren't working perfectly.

Amazing location with morning market’s literally on your doorstep

Pros: Location. Facilities. Liked that it was not in a tourist area.

Cons: Narrow staircase. Occasional drain smell from bathrooms. Driver had trouble locating property.

Pros: Great place for couple of nights. Stunning location - you have markets in front of your house.

Pros: We stayed here for attending an event in Sanam Luang. Location is perfect. If you love to stay with 100% local Thai community & to experience normal Bangkok folks' daily life, you will like it. Located in the oldest part of Bangkok, this renovated home is compact and squeezed in one of the many narrow alleys. The neighbours know each other well so it is safe. Many eateries nearby within 5 min walk towards the Giant Swing

Cons: The staircases had to be installed steep given the width and size of the house, It is challenging for elders. Suggest the host to consider putting a foldable mattress or change the sofa to sofa bed in living room to accommodate elder person.

Pros: Loved the apartment and the location was perfect. Wake up in the morning to a market at you right on your doorstep.

Great value for money- a real taste of Bangkok but maybe not ideal for those with young children.

Pros: Really authentic location. Door to the flat on street level and you walk out onto a narrow Bangkok street market. The rooms are good, the beds are comfortable and the air conditioning in the bedrooms is effective. Neighbours really friendly. The flat is close to lots of temples and historical sites and many restaurants nearby that do amazing food. Two 711s are 2 minutes away.

Cons: Families with young children should be aware that the stairs up to the bedrooms are quite steep and narrow. Our three-year-old found them challenging and scary, and I fretted about our 6-year-old. The bathroom is downstairs so we had to accompany them at night when they wanted to go to the toilet.

Pros: In front of the house has a local market and it near a big beautiful pagoda as well
