Pros: Small cheap hotel, stayed two nights which cost less than the amount spent for one night in Sukhumvit main road, only 4.5 km from Sukhumvit, peaceful.

Just okay

Pros: Quite easy to find, can watch Netflix on TV!! Room is good enough, worth the price. No room service as its a residence, most likely function like a homestay. So everything was just done once for you.

Cons: Didn't ger back my 500bht deposit. Ive to check out early due to my flight but no one at the reception. During day time I have asked him and he said he would be there on night too, but no one there on 5am. I have to left the key unattended too on the table because the phone number shown on the glass were not in service 😢

Recommended as a stop-over place. Clean, comfortable and near the MRT.

Pros: Great bed, spotless clean room and super efficient staff.

Cons: Some noisy guests. Will Thai hotels ever remind people that they should show some respect for others and be quiet? Perhaps some lessons on how to close a door quietly like a normal person, instead of throwing it into its space might be useful too.

Pros: The three main things I hope for in a hotel in Thailand are strong WiFi, a good shower and no ants! This hotel ticked those boxes! I like the location, the comfortable bed, the smart TV and the spacious balcony.

Cons: No towel rail in the bathroom, cobwebs in most corners of the room and the light along the headboard didn't work.

Perfect spot to stay in Bangkok

Pros: Despite the water pressure wasn’t the strongest ever, the room was great. Clean, beautiful smell with a perfect working AC. The bathroom nice and spacious. Little balcony to complete this nice room. The 2 complimentary bottles of water were the perfect touch. The neighborhood is amazing, deserve to be explored more. The MRT Station Huai Khwang, on the main Blue line is walking distance from the hotel making it the perfect spot to explore Bangkok without sleeping in the noisy, crowdy city center

Pros: The location is very convenient, close to the bus stop and subway. The room was clean, size is good, always was a hot water, comfortable furniture. You need to clean your room by yourself during your staying. The stuff were friendly.

A nice place to stay.

Pros: The place and the owners were exceptional. It was a very comfortable and safe stay. All amenities were provided.

Cons: One of the towels was a little spotty and the drainage of the sink is a bit slow. It is mostly due to the previous tenant though, they haven't used the property well.
