ทำเลดี หาอาหารง่าย ค่อนข้างส่วนตัว แต่อาจมีเสียงรบกวนเล็กน้อย (อยู่ระหว่างปรับปรุง)

Pros: ที่พักอยู่ใกล้รถไฟฟ้า ลักษณะเป็นตึกแถว สามารถเดินไปหาอะไรทานได้ในซอยใกล้ๆ ป้าเจ้าของเป็นมิตร ฟิวเหมือนอยู่บ้านตัวเอง

Cons: อาจจะมีเสียงเครื่องสูบน้ำ ในฝั่งห้องพักด้านแจ้งวัฒนะบาร์ซ่า เห็นว่าเจ้าของมีแผนว่าจะเปลี่ยนอยู่ ใครมาพักที่นี่ แนะนำให้เอาอุปกรณ์อาบน้ำส่วนตัวมาด้วย
