Good and a very safe place

Pros: We like the location a lot and overall we love the place

Nice relaxing time with everything you need close by

Pros: It’s a nice enough property and value for money. I had the larger room which has great balcony for relax and rooms are good

Cons: Nothing it was what I expected

Pros: The room was very clean, spacious enough, provided with everything they described in the app. They do make up room everyday for free wich is nice. They have a little cozy coffee shop just down the building with thai food, sandwiches, sweets and all that, quite nice. The location is a bit.....if you are a bit picky you're gonna struggle. Very local Thai and burmese area, you find nice thai food and also some burmese influences. 7eleven close, lots of places to eat, another thai brand supermarket near by.

Cons: The area is really busy all the time, take time to book a taxi always, bikes are fine. The place is very noise, you hear everything basically. And the worst thing in my opinion about this place is the internet, at least in my room, they use some kind of hotspot, very weird internet you need to log in from time to time. very slow and crushed all the time, if you are working online is not a good place to stay long term, get your data ready. They said they will fix it but basically they ignore me.

Pros: The AC was too small for the room size. The location though good was in a neighborhood which shuts off early.

Pros: The room was clean and good. They gave us a check in early and everything was good. The staff was helpful.

Cons: They don't have a card payment available. Ac was not chilling properly. Old air conditioner

Pros: The area was really safe, There's a 7/11 near the Apartment, security is always there.

Cons: I dont lile the location is far from the station..but have public transpo so we took that only 9bath up to bts station..

Pros: Staff was super nice. The room was definitely good value for the price we paid. Super clean, everything working well (TV, fridge, AC) and lots of space. We even had a little balcony. There is a big wardrobe so you can keep your room tidy. The hot water was working well. There is a convenience store 5 minutes away by foot.

Cons: Was a bit far away, but in Bangkok, everything is far away.

Enjoyed our stay.....

Pros: Comfortable bed, liked the kettle for making your own drinks, very quiet location.

Cons: No vegetarian restaurants nearby. Would have stayed longer as liked the room,

I reccomend this place because is very nice and neighbourn there is everything
