Young and Beautiful

Pros: Great guesthouse with a helpful and attentive hosts, always making sure everything was comfortable. The location is perfect: quiet, which meant great sleep, yet close to everything you need. There are many places to eat within a 10-minute walk, and the metro is nearby, making it easy to get anywhere around Bangkok. Nice amenities with everything needed for a smooth stay. I had an amazing 4-day stay and would definitely return.

A wonder haven in the city

Pros: I am so happy to find this lovely gueat house. It is so quiet and cozy, I slept amazingly during my whole stay. The location was great, a short walk to the mrt and then a short ride into the center. It was clean and really welcoming. If you are after a place that is quiet and away from the craziness of the city this is it!

Cons: Nothing, it was all great!

Perfect place to rest between travel

Pros: Simple, quiet and perfect to spend some days in a quiet place but still within reach of Bangkok's attractions. Air conditioning, hot shower, kettle, everything works perfectly, and the birds sing in the trees which give shade to the yard. The street food outside may seem not very diverse at first glance, but in fact some places are just very inconspicuous, I would especially recommend the padthai made by the old lady who parks her cart opposite the street cafe near the 7-11

Cons: The traffic on the main street is packed and the lanes are narrow, so I would be nervous to drive to the guesthouse on a rented car.

A piece of calm in the city

Pros: Lovely garden and cute room, ten minute walk to MRT. Comfy bed and plenty of storage space. Bug screens on all windows. Quiet and peaceful at night.

Cons: Shared bathroom - it was adequate and has a shower cubicle, the price reflects sharing.

Pros: Good affordable option. It's located in a residential neighborhood, so you get a real feel of the city. I enjoyed stopping at random street carts to get cheap food. As some reviews mention, the bathroom is an addition to the building and not fully enclosed and that allows mosquitoes to get in, so you gotta be careful when going to the room. The host was polite and spoke decent English. For the price, you can't expect more.

Cons: Mosquito nets or other type of enclosure in the bathroom.

Pros: Great value for price. Was extremely clean and comfortable, very homey. Plenty of available drinking water and coffee. The host was very responsive and kind. Recommend for people who want to stay in a more local part of Bangkok instead of the touristy area. Easy to move with Bolt/Grab or walking to the metro. No hassle :)

A perfect homestay in Bangkok

Pros: The host was friendly and helpful. Room was incredibly clean and had a lovely fresh smell. Little touches made it feel like home. Location was a short walk to public transport into the centre! Would love to stay again, thank you!

Pros: Great place ...easy access to town shops markets very cosy quiet place in heart of city it's old house so don't expect any fancy stuff...but really good place for low budget fun.
