Pros: Three years later I came here, It evoked many wonderful memories.Everything is the same as it was three years ago, and everything is even better than it was three years ago.

Pros: It's very clean. I love the place. I always come back cause it feels like home. Price is reasonable.

Cons: In the last 3 rooms I stayed in, the mattress was very very bad. A tip for the ones like me who love the place very much but suffer from the bed : go to Lotus supermarket, buy a bolster pillow for ฿100 and put it under the mattress to even out the sagging. It made the job for me.

Pros: Location is superb, conveniently near MRT and Fortune Town + Central Pra Ram 9. Each morning the care taker cleans the communal bath rooms, linen and towels can be replaced if you stay more than 2 nights.

Cons: Sharing a building is sometimes a bit noisy but this was acceptable.

Pros: Good location, quite, very cheap, perfect for single budget person!

Pros: Good bed, clean shared bathrooms. Kitchen and seating area.

Pros: Perfect spot for a solo traveller. I felt like I was back at home with all the necessary amenities and facilities available at the property or nearby. The property admin was kind and welcoming and also allowed me to extend my checkout by 6 hours without any additional costs!

Pros: Here is near Phra Ram 9 MRT station Around small market, 7/11, Fortune Town, Lotus... Room is nice and clean I will come again next year

Cons: 3F Toilet door is old so can't lock

recommended for a few days in the region near Rama 9

Pros: air conditioning and Wi-Fi comfortable bed good communication with the person in prpt cost benefit

Cons: As comfortable as it may seem, the space needs some care, even from visitors themselves. In the corridors you'll find a lot of trash in the bathroom 💩 sj Please take care of this great space.

Pros: Good privacy even tho it has a sharing hostel vibe. Was not expecting much but was surprised. Worth the price

Pros: Cheap and cheerful. Best value in Bangkok. Rooms are small and basic, but was all I needed. Really like the location with lots of food and shopping options in walking distance.
