Pros: It's great if you need to stay near the stadium for a couple of days. It's convenient because you don't have to go back to your part of town (for example, I would have had to drive at least two hours). It's quiet. There are lots of shops and street food nearby.

Cons: It's not that I didn't like it, but don't forget to bring cash for the key deposit.

Perfect for International Football at Rajamangala

Pros: Perfect location for football and other sports at Rajamangala National Stadium complex, only 10 minutes walk away. Room size is ok, bed is comfortable, bathroom and shower is good. Staff are helpful. There are great food options on the main road 500m, and it is quiet being this far from the traffic. If you think of coming here from Pattaya, there is one train every weekday, early afternoon. Hua Mak is the closest station and the train fare is an amazing 35 baht! Going back, that single train service leaves Hua Mak about 07.30. On weekends there is an extra express train.

Cons: Apart from the Rajamangala Stadium, this area is not close to anything else and there is no public transport. It's a 25 minute walk to the bus, or quicker by bike or car taxi.

Perfect place for our needs

Pros: Stayed here one night because we were going to a concert at Rajamangala Stadium. The room was exactly as pictured - simple, clean, comfortable, and spacious. The hosts are efficient and friendly during check in and check out. Easy walking distance from the stadium, in a quiet and calm area. I would gladly book here again.

Cons: Not an issue for us, but important for anyone with limited mobility. The lift is on the landing of the building's staircase, not on the actual room levels. You would need to climb a few stairs to access the lift from the ground floor, and then climb down a few stairs when you exit the lift to get to your room.

Pros: Room is lovely decorated , Love that the room has big refrigerator (bigger than minibar) room and facilities good as the price you pay. Bed not bad but not really comfy, bit solf for me. Outside center a bit and had more green area so polution better than city center.

Cons: Internet wifi should be provided with the key at check in or provide information how it works in the room. Bathroom toilet bit smellly as construction system in warm country.

Value for money for a spacious room and friendly staff

Pros: Located just 7 mins walk away from Rajamangala National Stadium, very convenient place to say if you are attending events at the Stadium. Great value for money, and the room is spacious. Staff may not be good in English but they are very friendly and will try their best to accommodate you. If you need hair dryer or more toiletries, you can approach the staff to request for them. They also sell some local snacks and drinks at the front desk.

Cons: Toilet bowl has some stains (which we suspect is from the previous guests and the cleaning staff may not be aware of, hence it was not fully cleaned. The toilet also has a cigarette smell.

Amazing and recommend place!!

Pros: Great room! Great customer service! Fair prices and quiet place, yet next to everything you need, including 7/11.

Cons: The internet was not strong enough sometimes, but that didn’t affect me too much, as everything else was just perfect!

Cons: ถ้ามาตอนค่ำๆ จะไม่ค่อยมีไฟ และค่อนข้างเปลี่ยว ผ้าห่มบางเกินไป ร้านอาหารมีน้อย ไม่มี 7/11 แถวนั้น แต่ใต้ตึกมีร้านขายของชำเล็กๆ

Pros: ห้องสะอาด สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกมีครบ เจ้าของห้องพักดูแลดีมากๆค่ะ ใกล้กับสนาม เดินไปได้สะดวก
