Pros: the staff at the check-in counter are so nice, they helped me to print some papers for free!!! and each of them remembers me!! that's quite nice. btw the food of the restaurant on the ground floor is all delicious!! there's some discount for those staying at the hotel !!!

Pros: The staff were some of the most friendliest I've encountered in Thailand. Especially Pascal and the girls working at reception (I don't write reviews normally but the girls working at reception and Pascal need a mention!) They went out of their way to assist and were always on hand to help
