Great room for value and location

Pros: We only stayed on 1 night but would definitely recommend House 116! The room and private bathroom were both clean and spacious enough for a 1 night stay. The location was great too. We were also able to leave our luggage for a few hours after checkout before we headed to the airport.

Homely, affordable, no hassle, not crowded

Pros: Very homely. Near to 7E, Lotus and Makro. About 5 mins from train station. And 20 mins walk to Pratunam market. Very nice and helpful housekeeper. And the owner is very helpful too. Very fast feedback. And we’re lucky to have our room on the 1st floor.

Pros: The location is v good. It is close to public transportation and there are two convenience stores nearby.

Cons: Sometime the bathroom a little bit smelly, maybe because of the plumbing system.

Great deal and hassle feel self check in and out

Pros: The room was clean and comfortable for two people. Towels and soap were provided. There’s a Lotus, 7-Eleven, and food stalls just one block away from the hotel. It takes about 10-15 minutes to walk to Pratunam Market. You can leave your luggage at the hotel lobby, but note that nobody will look after it, so it’s at your own risk. Also, be aware that there’s no visible signage for the hotel—you may refer to the attached photo for guidance.

Cons: There was no lift, so we had to climb the stairs to reach our room on the 4th floor, which was exhausting, especially while carrying our luggage and shopping bags. Additionally, adjusting the water temperature in the bathroom was a bit difficult to adjust.
