Pros: This was our second time in Bangkok and we were looking for a base to explore Bangkok slowly for a month and this apartment was perfect. Clean and comfortable with everything we needed (especially the washing machine!). Located in a quieter neighbourhood, there are several convenience stores and restaurants within a 5 minute walk and even a local market to buy groceries and cooked food. If you were so inclined, you wouldn’t need to leave the neighbourhood for days, but the BTS station was a 10 minute walk, making it an easy trip to many sites and malls. The owner was quick to respond to our questions and requests. We would stay here again on our next trip.

loved it: nice location and amenities

Pros: I booked a month and really enjoyed my stay! +loved how quiet and peaceful it was +spotlessly clean, and appreciated host’s offer of complimentary weekly cleanings for my monthlong stay +gym and pool were nice and never busy +7-11 at the end of the street was extremely convenient +the washing machine was wonderful and my clothes dried incredibly quickly on the balcony +loved the location which was a 10ish minute walk from the Punnawithi BTS station, or a quick moto taxi ride to the center

Cons: -need lamps and better lighting. Only overhead lighting made it feel quite clinical -I personally didn’t love the lack of natural light (unit is north facing, and faces another building just a few feet away) HOWEVER this probably helped keep it much cooler during the day
